Wesley Fellowship Groups
"And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers."
Acts 2:42

Wesley Fellowship Groups are small group Bible Study groups. Similar to the class meetings created by John Wesley in 18th century England, these groups focus on intentional Bible Study, Fellowship, Worship, Prayer, and Service. Each group selects the topics they wish to study. Each study lasts typically between six and twelves weeks. Using contemporary and classical study helps, participants are encouraged not only to learn more about the Bible, but to grow in their relationship with God through Jesus Christ. The goal of Wesley Fellowship Groups is calling and making disciples

A typical session consist of reading and exploring the Bible text and sharing experiences and understanding of the text. Fellowship usually includes snacks or dinner depending on the time the group gathers. All are invited to visit the existing groups.

There is a continuing desire to begin new groups as folks are called to open their homes for studies and as God calls new leaders to facilitate new groups. If you have any questions, call the church office or contact Kathy Walther, the current Intentional Discipleship Team Leader.
